Keep Kids in School Clinics -No Appointment Needed
District 186, in partnership with SIU Medicine and the Sangamon County Department of Public Health, is offering walk-in clinics to help families complete required school physicals and immunizations—no appointment necessary.
These clinics are for District 186 students entering:
First-year Pre-K
Kindergarten
6th Grade
9th Grade
Students who are new to the State of Illinois
These students must provide a current school physical and immunization record.
